Mililani: On May 19th, the churches of Mililani came together to pray for their city. Six senior pastors (not including three more who couldn't make it) from Mililani churches gathered together in one service as one body to intercede and pray for their community. Also in attendance were one State Senator, two State Representatives, one prison warden and five school administrators who received blessings and individual prayer over their perspective areas of influence. It was amazing to see so many churches willing to put aside any differences to come together in the spirit of unity to pray to the only God who answers prayer, Jesus. Praise God that He is raising up one church, His church, in our city!
Mountain View Community Church: Our EPK service was electric as 200 stood in a large circle in one accord as we prayed and made declarations over Hawaii. The presence of the Lord was tangible and as a result there was definite fruit:
1) The Lord opened an elderly woman's ears(this miracle was verified by the
woman's son; 2) Three people reported that the Lord healed their backs; 3) At least three
cancer patients received prayer. Two of them received the Lord as did others; 4) A father repented to his adult daughter for something that he did in his daughter's childhood that
adversely affected her-she wept and wept; 5) Many of our people stayed at the facility where
we gather on Sundays until 3:40pm waiting to receive prayer.
I know that after this year's EPK our state, community and church will never be the same!

Molokai: In regards to EPK it was amazing to actually see people praying and wearing their t-shirts everywhere. Of course Molokai is small enough to notice, but still I believe it was making a statement to the Island. As I passed a school bus stop I saw High school students step out from the bus and a big group was wearing the t-shirts. In stores in offices and streets, I saw people wearing the t-shirts. When we saw each other with our shirts it was like such a camaraderie thing going. It seemed especially on Wednesday and Thursday we were all over the place - very encouraging! I believe we are putting prayer back in the forefront. The High School and Middle School had good turnout of student-led prayer. Many churches said they dedicated their Sunday to worship and prayer. The Catholic Church was on-board and Lani and I had a time to deliver the packet and go over the vision with Father Clyde. Elementary Schools had times of prayer (Kualapuu School's Hawaiian immersion second grade class had a time of prayer.) There is an elementary school across the street from us (just like Good Sheperd in Liliha) whose principal emailed us and was blessed that we are having a time of prayer in one teacher’s classroom after school. I know not everyone registered although we tried hard to remind everyone to, but I know that there was a lot of prayer going on - and still is. I just got back from the Gym and we had an unplanned time of prayer with some guys. I think prayer is becoming more natural when we see other believers. God is Awesome!
